Ambient Sensor
Ambient instruments measure the air itself — its temperature and humidity — for meteorology, industry and building services. Throvin’s range combines modern and reference methods: handheld infrared thermometers for non-contact surface checks, electric and mechanical ventilated psychrometers that measure humidity by the wet- and dry-bulb standard, wet/dry bulb thermometers, and mercury maximum and alcohol minimum thermometers for Stevenson screens. The psychrometric instruments remain the reference against which electronic humidity sensors are verified, while the infrared models handle fast industrial spot checks.
